I really enjoyed reading this book on Close That Sale....one of my friend had it and left it, on my desk to just look through and I got caught up with reading and hurrying to see if I understood what was require to be in Sales..I am a shy person...and this has help me to be a little more outgoing. I felt as if I was in school and I must pass the test...(smile).I also want to add even while I am in sales and why I did miss a sale it was because I really didn't know the product and I was placed in an area of sales that was unfamiliar to me..loss the sale.....now I am giving them space and first just knowing what I am saleing...and how would I like to be approach.Product details
